人文・社会科学研究"}]}]},"item_2_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は，全国の70歳以上の高齢者を対象に，郵送法による質問紙調査法を用いて，服装や流行への関心と外出着の着装基準，外出の頻度，ボランティアや町内会活動への参加，QOLとの関係を横断的に検討することを目的とした。2010年1月に全国の70歳以上の高齢者850名に調査票を郵送し，568名(男性274名;平均年齢76.0±44歳，女性294名;平均年齢75.8±4.7歳)から回答が得られた(有効回答率66.8%)。調査は，自分や他人の服装への関心，流行への関心，外出着の着装基準，外出の頻度ボランティアや町内会活動への参加，生きがい，抑うつ，活動能力について質問した。分析の結果から，(1)高齢女性は，高齢男性と比較して，自分及び他人の服装への関心や流行への関心が高く，外出着の着装基準においても，個人的服装嗜好，流行，機能性，社会的服装規範を重視すること，(2)服装や流行への関心が高い高齢者は，低い高齢者と比較して，外出着の着装基準において，個人的服装嗜好や流行，機能性，社会的規範を重視すること，(3)服装や流行への関心が高い高齢者は，低い高齢者と比較して，町内活動やボランティア活動に積極的に参加していること，そして活動能力や生きがい感も高く，メンタルヘルスも良いこと，などが明らかにされた。本研究の結果は，高齢期において，装いに関心を持つことが，生活の質（Quality
