年の設置以来、被服構成学を軸とし技術習得に重きを置いたカリキュラム編成をおこなってきた。ここに不可欠 なのは、技術指導時の学生理解を助ける「実習教材」であるが、同学部ではこれを長きにわたり若手教員を中心 に作成してきた。教材には多様なものがあるが、とりわけ重要なのは完成品見本である「標本」とその設計図ともいえる「作図」であり、これらは計1709点が残されている。時代特有のデザインが表現されること、往時の 指導にあって特に注意が払われた点が直接知られることなどから、得難い貴重な資料であるといえる。短期大学 部は2020年に創立70年の節目を迎える。これを前に来し方を振り返るための資料を整理し、これに関心を持つ者の間で共有することには少なからざる価値があるものと考えている。文化ファッション研究機構では、こうし
