教員養成機関では「実践的指導力の基礎」養成が重要な課題と言える。一方、多くの教員養成機関では実践的な 力量を習得させる指導法として模擬授業が取り入れられ、その効果や課題が明らかにされている。本研究では、 教育現場での学習による授業理解を保証した教育プログラムを編成し、その展開による実践的指導力への影響を 明らかにすることを目的とした。そこで本学教職課程履修3年生（家庭）を対象に、複数の3年次教職に関する 専門科目における模擬授業と、学外後期中等教育機関における授業参観等を二軸に据えたクロスカリキュラムと しての高大連携プログラムを編成、実施した。本連携プログラムを通じて、学生の実践的指導力として教授技術 の向上や、教材・教具の活用などにおいて一定の効果が認められたものの、評価方法やルーブリック評価の活用
