が、材料が入手しにくいこと、技術が難しいこと、手入れが難しいという点で日常着に用いられることはあまり ない。そこで、本研究では日常着に広く用いることができるように、家庭で手入れしやすいゴールドワークの条 件を探るため、家庭洗濯による影響と材料について検討した。一般的に使用される材料と代替材料を土台布に刺 繍し、洗浄試験機を用いて洗浄試験を行った。試験は一般的な洗濯機での通常洗浄の機械力(120rpm)とおしゃ れ着洗い相当と考えられる弱い機械力(60rpm)において、洗剤なし、液体洗剤、粉末洗剤を使用し行った。その 結果、120rpmで洗浄した場合多くの材料に湾曲、屈曲、断裂が見られた。一方で、60rpmではわずかに湾曲し ているものもあったが、ほとんど影響がなかった。また、金属製で鋭利な切断面や折り目のある材料は引っかか りやすく変形しやすいが、化学繊維製の材料はほとんど変形しなかった。この結果から、変形しにくい材料は一
