RPE11の36分間走(トレーニング条件と同じ運動様式)②100wattsの定負荷ペダリング運動、③仰臥位安静、④最大運動(トレーニング前後)の4条件下で実施し、心臓血管系への効果を検証した。結果として、トレーニング終了後、①の走速度は両運動群で約2~3m/分の上昇が見られ、酸素摂取貴で約6%、心拍数は1~2拍の減少が見られた。②酸素摂取量と平均血圧が18週以降に顕著に減少する傾向が見られ、心拍数も減少し、RPEは約2ポイントの低下を示した。③平均血圧、心拍数、酸素摂取量で両群とも同程度の減少傾向を示した。左室駆出時間、左室駆出前期/駆出時間と酸素脈は増加傾向を示した。④体重あたり最大酸素摂取量が間欠群で約20%、持続群で約15%の増加となった。最大心拍数は約10%の減少となった。トレーニングの運動様式の違いによる効果の差はみられなかった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"ナガノ,
