服装学・造形学研究"}]}]},"item_2_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"外因性内分泌撹乱化学物質（環境ホルモン）の中で、日本ではかつてダイオキシン類（PCDD、PCDF およびコプラナーPCB）による環境汚染が進み、国を挙げての取り組みがなされてきた。2000 年施行のダイオキシン類対策特別措置法などによって、1997年から2008年の間に97.2～97.3％（1997年比）の排出量を削減することができた。しかし、環境中に存在するダイオキシン類の調査結果を追って検討すると、上限値は全体的に大きく減少しているが、下限値については公共用水域底質と地下水質で増加していることから、環境要因によって大気から水域水質、水域底質、および地下水へと拡散して移動している。また、調査地点の環境区分によって汚染状態が大きく異なっている。ダイオキシン類の1人1日摂取量の推移では、PCDD、PCDF およびコプラナーPCB ともに減少し、1998年以降10年間でダイオキシン類としての摂取量は半分以下の0.94 pg ‒ TEQ／kg／day に減少し、WHO の目標値である1.0 pg ‒ TEQ／kg／day
