The first half of the report is devoted to describing the back-ground information on how the project was implemented from April 2001 to March 2005. The second half describes in detail the intended direction and objectives of each of the elements that makes up the "Kanji, Kanji, Kanji" book. Suggestions for the classroom are also provided.},
