UNIVERSITY","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"高度経済成長期に整備された公共文化ホールの多くは築30から40年が経過しており、一斉に更新時期を迎えている。人口減少や人口構成の変化にともない、住民のニーズと公有資産の供給量のバランスが保てなくなっており、持続可能な財政運営による対応が不可欠である。他方、公共施設の機能改善の需要と安全に対する意識は高まり、耐久性能や耐震性能の確保は喫緊の課題となっている。特に、ホールを使用する際の機能上の問題点は致命的であり、これを改善するためには個々の施設の問題だけではなく、周辺環境を踏まえた法規上の問題などを解決しなければならない。本研究では、老朽化し公共文化ホールの大規模改修における個別手法と、それぞれ手法間で考慮すべき内容の相互関係について、増築による機能改善計画と増築による法的な対応と合わせて、耐震補強計画の 3
