訪日外国人289人にアンケート調査を行った結果、マスを対象にリーズナブルな価格を提供する企業が、訪日外国人の取り込みに活路を見出そうとする場合、ホスピタリティを従業員に求めなくても日本人が当たり前と考えるサービスを、マナー教育とサービス訓練、ならびにマニュアルの作成と順守等を徹底することで高いレベルに維持できれば、OMOTENASHIとして評価される可能性が高いことがわかった。一方で、訪日外国人が評価するOMOTENASHIを私たちが考えるおもてなしと同一視することは危険であり、異なる文化を持つ客に接する以上、“気配り”はできても“察し”には限界があるため、察したことを訊いてから行うといったことをマニュアル取り入れ、従業員と客のコミュニケーションの機会を増やすなど工夫が必要であることも判明した。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究論文","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"Research
