At that time, people were usually dressed in Japanese-style clothing, and only a few Japanese men, such as high-ranking government officials and civil servants, wore Western-style uniforms. In this sense, Western-style uniforms adopted for nurses in training reflected the perception of the high occupational status of the nursing profession held by the founders of the first training schools. Since the beginning of the Showa era, which brought about the diversification of fashion and an explosion of the popularity of the pants style and designer clothes, more emphasis has been placed on the designs, as well as functionality, of nursing uniforms, including their colors and styles. These changes are partly attributed to the revision of the Equal Employment Opportunity Law and issue of white-coat hypertension. According to the results of surveys on nursing uniforms involving hospitals in Japan, nursing uniforms have been recognized as an important element required to help a hospital become more attractive, and a large number of hospitals have reviewed the designs of nursing uniforms. A survey involving nurses and patients was conducted to assess their impressions of nursing uniforms with varying designs. For both nurses and patients, white uniforms were associated with reliability and responsibility, and flower-patterned and pale-colored uniforms with compassion and familiarity.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"我が国では1885年に看護婦養成がはじまり、養成所で着用された制服は、式服と平常着に区別されていて、洋装のスタイルであった。 ,"subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_8_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"ショウヤマ, シゲコ"}]},{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"トチハラ, ユタカ"}]},{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"クボタ, ケイコ"}]},{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"アオキ, ヒサエ"}]}]},"item_8_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"Shoyama, Shigeko"}]},{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"Tochihara, Yutaka"}]},{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"Kubota, Keiko"}]},{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"Aoki, Hisae"}]}]},"item_8_subject_17":{"attribute_name":"日本十進分類法","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"492.9","subitem_subject_scheme":"NDC"}]},"item_8_text_39":{"attribute_name":"その他の寄与者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"長崎県立大学国際情報学部, 服飾文化共同研究拠点、文化ファッション研究機構、文化学園大学"},{"subitem_text_value":"九州大学大学院 芸術工学研究院, 服飾文化共同研究拠点、文化ファッション研究機構、文化学園大学"},{"subitem_text_value":"福岡女学院看護大学看護学部, 服飾文化共同研究拠点、文化ファッション研究機構、文化学園大学"},{"subitem_text_value":"福岡女学院看護大学看護学部, 服飾文化共同研究拠点、文化ファッション研究機構、文化学園大学"},{"subitem_text_value":"Faculty of Global Communication, University of Nagasaki, Joint Research Center for Fashion and Clothing Culture, Bunka Fashion Research Institute, Bunka Gakuen University"},{"subitem_text_value":"Faculty of Design, Kyushu University, Joint Research Center for Fashion and Clothing Culture, Bunka Fashion Research Institute, Bunka Gakuen University"},{"subitem_text_value":"School of Nursing,Fukuoka Jo Gakuin Nursing College, Joint Research Center for Fashion and Clothing Culture, Bunka Fashion Research Institute, Bunka Gakuen University"},{"subitem_text_value":"School of Nursing,Fukuoka Jo Gakuin Nursing College, Joint Research Center for Fashion and Clothing Culture, Bunka Fashion Research Institute, Bunka Gakuen University"}]},"item_8_text_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"服飾文化共同研究最終報告 2012.
