Museo d'Arte Orientale Ca' Pesaro, Venice, is one of the most important collection of Japanese art. This collection was bought by Prince Henry II of Borbone, Count of Bardi (1851-1906) during his travel to Asia, bewteen 1887 and 1889. Museo Pier Alessandro Garda e del Canavese, Ivrea, has the collection of Japanese art, founded in 1876.
