In Japan as the farm village labor wear, the spread of Monpe was different according to the region. However, after the Japan-China War Monpe was established in the city as clothes of the women when they trained the air defense. On the other hand, in around 1936 Monpe had already been brought in to Colonial Korea. Monpe was worn in the air defense training as well as Japan. Monpe was encouraged when the women were mobilized to the farming labor, and it had spread widely |
