For the method, the pattern which was extracted from actual measurements and draping, was verified by construction of a tree-dimensional from using toile and material similar to the original; concerning data, informational on structure, sewing and decoration techniques was collected using photographs of the details and a replica of the original dress was produced. The results produced a noticeable difference between the left and right sides conformed to Ms. Koshiji’s figure. Seam allowance width for the maintenance of silhouette and design, underlining and heavy padding were also utilized. Special characteristics for stage costumes, such as the difference in embroidered bead spacing and use of two types of shoulder strap fasteners, were seen.
